End User License Agreement

End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and AI Professor ("Licensor") for the Real Estate Commission Calculator software application ("Software").

1. GRANT OF LICENSE

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for your personal or business purposes.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SOFTWARE

The Software is designed to calculate real estate commission based on user-provided data. Results are provided for informational purposes only.

3. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

3.1 THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LICENSOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

3.2 LICENSOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE FUNCTIONS CONTAINED IN THE SOFTWARE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT OPERATION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

3.3 IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.

3.4 THE SOFTWARE IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL FINANCIAL OR LEGAL ADVICE. LICENSOR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DECISIONS MADE BASED ON CALCULATIONS PROVIDED BY THE SOFTWARE.

4. FINANCIAL CALCULATIONS DISCLAIMER

4.1 The Software provides estimates and calculations based on the information you input. These calculations are for informational purposes only.

4.2 You acknowledge that commission structures, rates, and practices vary widely across different markets, brokerages, and transactions.

4.3 You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of any calculations before making business decisions or representations to clients.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

5.1 The Software is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties.

5.2 You acknowledge that all title and intellectual property rights in and to the Software are owned by Licensor.

6. USER DATA

6.1 The Software may collect user-provided data necessary for its functionality.

6.2 Licensor may use anonymized, aggregated data for improving the Software.

6.3 Licensor will handle all personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

7. TERMINATION

7.1 This Agreement is effective until terminated.

7.2 Licensor reserves the right to terminate this license immediately if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement.

7.3 Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software.

8. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. ACCEPTANCE

BY USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, UNDERSTAND IT, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
